This is definitely a classic post office. Does not have a drive-through but does have a walk up drop off box with earlier pick up. Going inside will lead you to a full service, classic old-fashioned type post office with post office boxes and passport services.
The postal workers are generally friendly and helpful. I’ve never had a problem. The lines are not usually incredibly long unless of course it’s Christmas. But you’re usually in and out quickly and can always beat the meters outside on street parking that is offered.

I’ll never ever use this post office for anything again. They always misplace my packages, and now one of my packages is literally missing and all they can tell me is to keep waiting. They even told me I couldn’t file a complaint since the package was delivered by FedEx, and it’s not a “priority” to them. Very terrible customer service so I’ll be switching by business to UPS. Never will I ever give the post office another penny if my money.

Does anyone else consistently have outgoing mail/packages take forever, or get lost, when shipping out of this location??This is the 4th/5th time dealing with severely delayed or lost outgoing parcels, specifically this post office. -It's not my usual branch, but nearby work, so I've dropped parcels here a small handful of times.Last time, a box package sat there for 8 business days (according to tracking) before moving to the regional location in Oak Creek. It was an Ebay item, & the buyer canceled on me cause the delayed tracking looked unreal.Now, a simple greeting card has vanished. Which would be about the 3rd one of those there.Maybe it's just bad luck, but it's now enough to make me completely avoid ever sending anything out of this location.

This is my go-to post office and the process is always great. They strike the right balance between stepping in to help you and letting you take care of things on your own. They are knowledgable, helpful, and won't try to up-sell or scam you. Always great.

I've lived in Riverwest for 7 years, and this is the best post office in the area. Staff is always polite and efficient. (Sometimes the Bayside location can be very curt and impatient with customers.) Street parking is always available on the front or to the right. I love supporting USPS instead of private corporations.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced, and they just talk over you too. DO NOT go here, they don't care at all about their customers.
