Angie is extremely rude, doesn't know USPS policy (bc I already spoke to someone on the phone who sent me to a store where Angie (who said she DIDN'T even KNOW her own store number (a lie I'm sure)) refused to help me, with what was clearly just a refusal to do her job.
Horrible Service, but the other reviews already show that.
Seriously you are such a a jerk, I can see why the government would hire you but you should look at your life....

If I can give minus I would have given that. Multiple times my packages said delivered but there is no package at my door. Horrible company

If you get lucky you'll be in and out quickly, however, most of the time, I stand in line for a very long time while 1 person is working behind the counter. I originally rated it 2 stars, but when a second employee finally came out today and openeda second window, she was at least very friendly and pretty cheery

I receive random address mail all the time. I consistently receive other apartment's mail while I never receive some of my own mail that's being tracked on informed delivery. One delivery person claimed they put an entire package in our tiny mail slot, just jammed it in there when it was nowhere to be found. They came the next day and suddenly they "found it in the mailbox for us" when it was obviously not in ours the prior day. Not sure what's going on with this place but I can't imagine how much mail is being lost due to the delivery people not putting mail in the right slot or at the right address and continuing on with their day like it doesn't matter. Furthermore, there's no way to call and talk to a person at the specific office, just a useless voice bot that has no way to connect you to the local store and has no options to complain about a consistently bad experience.

Mail carrier keeps leaving mail in return mail slot. That’s where we send off our mail! Why are you placing someone’s bills in an open area?

THINK TWICE before applying for your passport at this location. They mailed my application WITHOUT filling out their part (see the letter from the National Passport Service). What an unspeakable lack of professionalism on the part of an organization that represents the US government!
I had to resubmit the application at the Cedarburg location (those guys were fantastic!) 5 days before the trip!
(After I complained, the Teutonia location issued me a refund for the express mail, but that was an incomparable "compensation" for the amount of stress they had caused before my trip that almost fell through.)

This location will not deliver from amazon anything over 20lbs.. I've had to go down to this location multiple times just to pick up my orders..

On 04/03/2022 The postal carrier on this day was not our usual carrier this guy did not leave my mail because he said my front door was not accessible. Which was a total lie he never came. Here’s a picture of my front walkway same day. I have no idea How clearer he wanted it?
