Everybody always have a attitude nobody wants to do they job and one day the mailman got access and the next day he don’t even if u put your mail on hold they still deliver the mail

If I can give minus I would have given that. Multiple times my packages said delivered but there is no package at my door. Horrible company

If you get lucky you'll be in and out quickly, however, most of the time, I stand in line for a very long time while 1 person is working behind the counter. I originally rated it 2 stars, but when a second employee finally came out today and openeda second window, she was at least very friendly and pretty cheery
