We had an excellent experience with Store Here Self Storage! The customer service is top-notch, and Jerry truly stands out. He went above and beyond in every way—helping us get a stuck lock off the door and even sweeping up messes that others had left behind. His dedication and helpfulness made a huge difference. I really enjoy renting here. Jerry was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to the storage units and the size I needed to fit all of my things. Only four stars because whenever I needed a dolly no one was available to get me one. It says they are free to use 9am-6pm. Other than that I highly recommend them

The manger Jerry has been very helpful from day one. I rented a storage unit then needed to move but then needed to still get an additional unit and has been helpful and patient since the first day… Even when I came back his assistant Guy was also patient and helpful…

Facility is well maintained, pricing is fair, and service is great. Jerry is friendly, knowledgeable and considerate, and willing to go the extra mile for customers. Can't recommend enough!

I've been renting a storage unit from Store Here Self Storage on Richards Street for several years, and it's been an excellent experience. The facility is always clean, secure, and well-maintained.
The building manager Jerry is very friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure I am satisfied. He even called me to let me know about a payment that was about to be overdue.
I highly recommend this storage unit facility.
