We had Urban Sense as our florist for our wedding. Dan is so knowledgeable and easy to work with. Showed us inspirational photos initially to give us ideas of color, style and sizes of floral arrangements that are possible. The day of the wedding they delivered everything perfectly and they were above and beyond what I was expecting.
I love that they give enough time to return items since the day after your wedding you need it to decompress.
Highly recommend Urban Sense for weddings, events, and they have really cool items in their shop every day. Especially during Christmas time.

My husband and I used Urban Sense for our wedding flowers and were blown away! I was so impressed with the quality of their customer service, flower selection, and flower arrangements. During our introductory meeting, Dan was so kind and took the time to get to know us. The months leading up to our wedding, Urban Sense communicated well and always got back to us in a timely manner. Their shop is filled with unique finds and is so fun to look through. I highly recommend Urban Sense!

As I pull out my Christmas decorations this year, I am taken back to a memory about a Christmas elf I purchased from them last year. Within an hour, i decided I didn't really have a spot for the elf, so I went back to return it. I was told that there were no returns for Christmas items and it was said to me like I was disgusting for even considering such a thing. Keep in mind, not only was this way before Christmas, it was not stated that I couldn't return the item when I purchased it, and it wasn't anywhere on the receipt either. After stating that I had just purchased this item about an hour ago and that nowhere did it say it was a final purchase, I was rudely told I could exchange it for something else and "don't expect the sale price" that I had gotten for the initial item, which made no sense. I was expecting to get the same amount I had paid towards another item. All Christmas items were on sale, so why wouldn't receive a the sale price on whatever I decided to exchange the item for? The vibe was really rude and It was so uncomfortable after this that I ended up just leaving with the elf that I didn't want and haven't been back since. I was a repeat customer before this encounter. Will never be back now and neither will a couple of other people that I told about my experience.

I had a truly wonderful experience with Urban Sense!! I met with Dan prior and he made my vision for the bouquet a reality!! He even called day-of to alert me to remind my dad to pick up the flowers! Thank you, thank you!!

Dan is actual lifesaver and a delightful person! I messaged him for my best friends wedding because her previous florist fell through and we were desperate! Thankfully Dan came to the rescue and was super easy to work with and was able to give her her dream wish list within her budget!

Listened, advised and nailed it exactly! The arrangement for Mami's funeral was what we requested. Beautiful roses mixed with garden flowers. Memories of walking into her home!
