damn! Wish I would have read the reviews before going in there. No kind of Customer service, and when I was checking out I felt like I was being judged to my core! also I spent over $100 on 2 items and the quality is trash!

This place used to be fun and have interesting items. Now it's completely uninteresting, and the items are low quality JUNK. The employees seem to be oblivious to most everything as well. THIS STORE TOOK A DIVE WAY DOWN!

We ordered a Vinyl Record and Record Player stand online from Urban Outfitters for a Xmas present for our granddaughter. It was crushed when it was delivered. We drove to the Milwaukee store to return it, and they were wonderful! So understanding and were glad to reorder us another. They refunded the original charge to our card and processed the new transaction. We were done in no time! Beautiful store, wonderful employees!

One of the best stores I have went to. One of the coolest locations as the store is located on the East Side of Milwaukee with such a cool vibe. Great team, great employees, and great people. Loved all of their items..! They have such a large selection, and would suggest anyone in Milwaukee to check them out! Just an awesome place with great service, so much love, and just an entire amazinggggggg vibe! ?!

I was very impressed with the service Matt provided. He was exceptionally helpful and professional and resolved a difficult situation for me. I am very grateful and will recommend Urban Outfitters! Not only do they have quality merchandise and great selection, it's evident that they have a strong service culture.
