  The Urban Ecology Center tries to do an incredible job. The programs show great promise. But sadly SOME of the employees make it difficult. I get hung up on every time I have called to ask questions about the programs. Which has been several different times now.If the person:-Doesn't want to answer the phone - they pick up and immediately hang up.- When they do answer the phone - If they don't know an answer instead of connecting to someone who does - they HANG up.Didn't happen once or twice but ...EVERY. Single. Time.I give up! Completely unprofessional ..Not worth the hassle.
