Think twice. We regularly ship LTL Palletized shipments. Had a couple items going to Arizona and TForce/UPS was best price and fastest estimated delivery time so our freight broker booked this, after he called confirming the commodity was ok. However when we showed up at the terminal to dropoff 2 prepaid pallets they refused the shipments stating they needed to be crated however XPO never had an issue with hundreds of our shipments. Our driver had heavy duty plastic wrap and they still refused. Save yourself the hassle and just use XPO right down the road, they rolled out the red carpet for us and the items left the same day. Will never ship ups freight again even if it's half the price I'll pay for customer service!

Avoid at all cost. There’s a mark in dispatch whom has no idea what he’s doing.. 3 years if dealing with this person who clearly had the job handed to them

They did not set up a delivery time and just dumped thousands of dollars worth of items on the patio with no one home. No respect for my property or the items I paid for. As I should have been able to schedule. Will be reporting to the company I also made the order with this is not how you treat people's property that is thousands of dollars.

This company bumped delivery multiple times before actually showing up — unfortunately they showed up outside of the appointment time they scheduled with me (aka our normal business hours). The delivery window, again our normal business hours, was 8 hrs wide on a weekday. I reordered and it shipped out with another carrier arriving without issue a few days later. Customer service was horrendous. They simply refused to accept any responsibility or apologize, it was like dealing with a teenager.
