Horrible experience!! They said they help Latino community! Completely a lie! They just take advantage of the Latino community. The grants and the funds come for the government. Not them. They said that they teach Spanish to the students. Lie. All kids just speak English. The teachers are not bilingual. If your kid is difficult they kick your kid out of the school. So they can keep the good students and the good score for the school. Also daycare was terrible! I have a friend who put her child in the daycare. Most of the teacher in the daycare don’t have any kind of certification. They just friends of the employees who worked there. The child had a severe injury. The quality of education is not good. Most of the teacher left because they don’t paid when it is snow storm they close the school and they don’t pay them. Less benefits. If you want that your child has not good education and don’t speak Spanish send them there.

At the time and I still can be the fastest Puerto Rican boxer with strength when I was there my first time learning to box Shorty didn’t believe in me When I was just starting when somebody starts for the first time, of course you’re gonna have the Mistakes when I went to Medina’s gym, he told me I was really good and told me I moved like Manny Pacquiao. I wanted to continue, but I didn’t have the money to continue as it was very expensive. Ucc Was not expensive, but there was nobody there to actually help me and train me the right way all they said was you have to throw you have to throw I am a different type of person Specific direction I’m very technical So when someone says throw throw, I’m not gonna just start throwing my arms like a nut…..sadly I’ve Could’ve been one of the Greats I have a solid chin, fast, speed, and strength, sadly money and personal issues kind of ruined my life, but I found Jesus thank God

My experience hasn’t been the greatest since enrolling my child. I had only 1.5 decent year of my child being here since K3 to 1st grade. Especially with the new principal and as many teachers that were let go from Major incidents. Alot of friends and family removed their kids from this school after a year and I stuck through to keep my child regulated and to stay with her friends but the treatment my daughter & my nephew have been receiving is unacceptable. Of course I appreciate the good teachers we did come across but it doesn’t soften the blow of everything we had to experience. Felt like discrimination, targeting, harassment, lying and much more. I wouldn’t recommend enrolling your child here especially of color.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! I can't believe the level of abuse this school has reached to take over the neighborhood! I don't have children in this ugly school! My house is in the neighborhood! Today they closed access to the street for us to park in OUR NEIGHBORHOOD to let all the parents create a double line on the street to get off and leave the cars lying around and run for their children!!!! I'm going to call the city to see how legal this is! I can't believe we arrive tired from work and we can't even get into our homes because of this ridiculousness!!!!

Cafe El Sol is a Great place to go for breakfast lunch or dinner , clean place , good service and nice smiles ,however the food on friday’s buffet has not been great lately, not enough to chose from. not coffee nor desert. I would like more diverse choice to eat .Go back to the old menu and you will get more clients .

The United Community Center's Boxing Gym is one of MKE's hidden gems. It has created boxers who have gone on to have fantastic professional careers. I am excited to see how this gym develops the boxing scene in MKE.

I was at United Community Center (UCC) over the last three months of 2018. I was in their program for those who have issues with alcohol and drugs. In no way have I been swayed to give any feedback at all, neither have I spoken to anyone concerning what I am about to write here as, I came across this review board while looking at their page on the internet.I don't really know if they will be able to stand up to the 'Great Review' that I am going to give them... but, here we go!From the day I arrived at their campus broken down and homeless till the very end, three months later, I was treated with dignity and respect. There was always an attentive ear nearby. 24 hours a day, there was a person from their staff ready and willing to listen to my needs and even whims. Of course, they didn't have to entertain what I said but, they always listened. Many times arose where my issues spanned from not having personal hygiene products to needing help with communicating with my family, They really worked hard to figure out what was wrong and what could be an answer for the problem at hand.UCC's program included daily counselling, working out at a gym and even yoga. All of which were very useful to my transformation and growth.Throughout my life, and even though I am vexed by alcoholism, I still hold high standards, and from my point of view UCC's counsellors and therapists were top-notch. Their knowledge and resource base allows me to have notes and information that I will be able to use well into the future.Today, my life is much better, due to knowing that during my darkest hours, there was someone there for me. You guessed it... UCC, United Community Center.
