These people were awesome! I didn't have the appointment number and the lady at the check in heard me getting a runaround from the broker and gave me a phone number to call. That lady was super nice and gave me the info. Then they had me loaded in 45 minutes. Awesome job!

Usually, very friendly staff. Never got an attitude from the lady in shipping but she’s had good and bad days. Fast loading(Within 2 hours. ) Hit and miss if you’ll get worked in early but I’ve been lucky at times to get a dock a couple of hours prior to my appt.

Pretty sure they take a 15 min break every hour and they definitely do not honor your appt time. If you load here bring food cuz it’s gonna be awhile.
