Spotless store; I've never seen a store, butcher, or deli this clean in my life. The chicken is fantastic and fresh. I cant believe it took me this long to finally get some.

I finally stopped in today and boy, am I glad that I did. The two employees I met were kind and incredibly helpful. I had no idea they had so many options besides chicken, too.
The shop is spotless and the staff kindly cut up some of the chicken into nuggets for me.
We had the blood orange breasts for dinner tonight and they were fantastic.
Looking forward to returning soon!

Not cool when you drive across town 30 mins and your closed 15 mins before posted store hours! What a waste!

The best Chicken! Only problem is you won't want to eat supermarket chicken ever again. Stick with the 3-4 pound range for grilling. Salt them before you cook and baste with butter, that is all they need.

Still the best place to get poultry in Milwaukee. You wouldn't think there's a huge difference between grocery store chicken and this butcher's chicken, but...there is. Been coming here for over 30 years. If you haven't been here, go here.

Best place for fresh chicken! Any way you want it! They've got chicken legs, chicken breasts, chicken sausage, whole chicken, stuffed chicken, thighs of chickens, etc! Check it out, if you're looking for chicken! ? And other poultry stuff, like goose or duck. ?
