Bad experience. I had my entire brake assembly replaced in April 2023 (all calipers, rotors, and pads) and one year later the front brakes started seizing and the rotors were no longer good. The rotors became warped. I paid $1300 for the job and the brakes unfortunately had to be replaced once again. I called the Quiet Zone and asked if they could help me under these circumstances and they basically said NO because their one-year warranty expired. They even wanted to charge me $40 just to inspect what was clearly a poor job on their part. Comprehensive brake jobs should last longer than 14 months, that I am certain of. I would not trust these guys with any serious brake jobs that involve calipers or rotors again. I usually do not give out bad reviews to small businesses, but this one was very necessary.

We took our Toyota to Tony at The Quiet Zone for brake repairs after getting a quote from the dealership. He was almost half the price and he got us in for the repairs in less than a week. We have used him a few times now, and he always comes through. I highly recommend having your vehicle serviced at The Quiet Zone.

My rear brakes had seized and were not functioning. Because the car sat at the airport fir six weeks. I took it to several other dealers that wanted to charge me $1200. To fix the front end back., Quiet zone. Put my car up on the lyft. Tony came out and showed me the piece that he had seized up... long story short. I ended up paying $250 only to fix this.. I have had several things fixed here and will continue to go back. They are reliable, they do great work. They guarantee the work and they don't rip you off.*****Five stars
