Great location and attentive staff. Cadio, stretch and strength classes available almost every day with a certified trainer. Highly recommend. You can achieve your goals faster. Just come in and sign for the class.

Great experience at Fitness Asylum! A total judgement-free zone, encouraging people to work out with, and Scott is a fantastic leader and class instructor. The classes are exciting and different everytime. I feel like I really moved my body in new ways every time. Highly recommend!

I've been going for 3 years now and it's been fantastic! Jeremy does a great job changing things up every work out and the work outs are geared for the experienced as well as someone new to boot camps. He also offers times both in the morning and in the evening for your busy schedule. It's a great non-judgmental atmosphere with great people. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun way to work out! I've made some great friends too!

This gym is exactly what I'm looking for. Jeremy does a great job with the workouts and he scales them to make sure no matter your experience level, you'll be able to get the workout you're looking for. The workouts are quick and intense, my wife and I both go here and we love it!

Started going to the Tuesday class at 6pm called Cardio Combat a little bit over a month ago. It's a very intense class with a lot of punching and kicking combined with boot camp style circuits that change every week. Justin (the instructor) does a very good job at keeping the workouts going for the full hour, starting with a nice warm up and finishing with some good stretching exercises. Be ready to sweat a lot and be sore for the first few classes. Highly recommend it.

Update: Fitness Asylum has changed their boot camp sessions so you get MORE for your money. I love that! It makes me feel that they really care about their clients. Now, the sessions are 3 weeks of the same cycles (Mon exercises are all the same; Wed are all the same; Fri are all the same) and then they switch them up weeks 4-6. So you now get SIX weeks on, one week off for the same price! I have now been a faithful client for a year and a half and I'm not stopping any time soon. Dani and Jeremy keep me motivated and interested, and I never feel judged or embarrassed.

I've been attending boot camp classes at the Fitness Asylum for over 3 years and love it. I struggled for years to find a workout routine that I can stick. The Mission Metabolism boot camp finally filled that void. The circuit changes regularly so you don't get bored. After 3 years I still feel sore after my workouts! Its a great workout for all levels as each exercise can be done several ways depending on your level.
