We decided to get a room where Krampusnacht was being held so we could be on site for the event and come and go to a warm, comfy, private room whenever we wanted to, for changing into costume, relaxing with friends and checking out the Packer game. This turned out to be an excellent idea, and many other attendees of the event had the same idea, as we saw other Krampus' and festival-goers in the Lobby and elevators. The room was very nice and clean. The air conditioning was not loud and had a kitchenette that came in handy when we ordered pizza. Found the hairdryer, the iron and ironing board, everything was where it was supposed to be. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast area in the morning, so I can't comment on that, but we did get some beer from the On Tap restaurant and brought it up to our room while getting ready for the parade. The valet service was excellent, the valet even helped us load our luggage into our car. No problems checking in at the front desk, everyone was pleasant and efficient. Our room had a great view of the courtyard where they were doing the Burn Ceremony for the Krampusnacht event. The only two things I noticed were the lack of signage and the corners of the beds. Our room was 309 and when you get off the elevator, there's no sign to tell you which way to go to find your room. Weird. Then the bed frames have these hard wooden corners that you hit with your shins when navigating in the dark in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. I hope we come back next year to do this again, it was a great idea and it worked out really well.

We stayed on a game night, so parking was a premium. We have stayed before when they first opened and my niece who was visiting from Boston wanted to stay. We had a nice sleep and will stop to stay again.

Excellent stay! Staff were attentive and welcoming. Room 302 was quiet with great view of The Malt House. Pillows/mattress were extremely comfy, great night stay with two teens for concert at Fiserv Forum. Plenty of food options within a few minutes. Room clean, great kitchenette and roomy. 10 minute walk to Fiserv. Excellent historic district in Milwaukee. The history and industrial decor of building is beautiful. Bonus continental breakfast in am. Valet was $35 or park on your own for $20, I used valet very friendly and accommodating. Staff at hotel were excellent. Front door is locked at night so you have to use a side door for secure entry right around the corner, easy!Rooms: Room is great to spread out in. Industrial feel and fun design. Excellent beds/pillows and clean. Room temp was perfect.Nearby activities: Lots to see from brewery, historic buildings/neighborhood, Fiserv Forum, great food options.Safety: Took a Lyft at night no problems walking around otherwise.Walkability: Easy walk to many places.Food & drinks: Excellent food right next store.

Perfect location for events at the Fiserv! Our room though was a tad smaller than expected and we certainly expected the cleanliness to be topnotch which it wasn't. There were cobwebs and previous vistors hair left in the bathroom. We were double charged for the room causing several NSF charges to our account. If things get fixed would certainly give them another try.

Awful design. The doors are tin. You hear EVERYTHING outside the hall. You even hear the water running through the pipes. The breakfast is comical.

My husband and I traveled from Michigan and stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days. We absolutely loved it here! The historic aspect was what made us choose this hotel, but aside from that everything was great! Employees were pleasant, friendly and helpful, and the breakfast in the mornings were filling and yummy! The location was right down the road from the Fiserv Forum, which was the purpose for our trip this week. We actually were able to walk almost everywhere we went, with the one exception being the train station. The restaurant inside the hotel was really good, and not nearly as expensive as I assumed it would be. The only cons for the restaurant is the service was slow, the menu really didn't have many options, and it closed before we got back to our hotel after the concert, which was a HUGE bummer, as we were starving and ready to drink! Aside from that, our stay here was fantastic! The room was beautiful and included a small kitchenette with a fridge, stove, sink, glassware, and a dishwasher! For being inexpensive this place was AMAZING! Next time we travel to Milwaukee we will definitely be staying here again!Rooms: We opted for a cheaper room and still had a very nice experience! Our room came with a small kitchenette, and spacious bathroom and a wonderful view. TV has great channels as well!Nearby activities: There are multiple museums, gift shops, liquor stores, restaurants, and a giant arena/venue called the Fiserv Forum.Walkability: We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in town, with the longest walk being only 15 minutes and that was to the Public Museum. Along the way there are TONS of beautiful historical buildings to view!Food & drinks: The restaurant within the hotel was yummy, but not kid friendly as there was really no options for children and the ambiance is definitely for drinking alcohol. The menu didn't have a ton of options, but for us that was fine. Service was slow, but we also ate there around 2 PM both days.

One of the most interesting hotels you'll stay at...the building was part of the Pabst Brewing campus! They worked out to remodel and and build out a full hotel inside, they even kept some of the old fermentation tanks as part of the decor! Well done1 PROS-HUGE GIGANTIC ROOMS! It's an entire separate bedroom, kitchenette, and living room. Clean, modern, chic.-Premises were also clean and chic.-Kitchenette clean and well stocked.-Friendly service all around. Staff happily updated our reservation from 1 bed 1 fold out sofa bed room to a 2 queen beds room, which ended being $50 cheaper a night(it was my and a guy friend, not my wife!). Price went from $480 for nights to $388 for nights, thank you!!!-On Tap attached restaurant/bar is pretty good if you're feeling lazy. -Walking distance Clear Waters Brewing, Best Place Pabst Brewery Tour and Bar, Pilot Project Brewing...all great spots CONS-Not located closer to the downtown area, but a $8-12 Uber/Lyft ride.

Man, what a piece of history. The architecture, the mash tins, the stained glassed window. Felt like you were in a time capsule. Rooms were amazing with a kitchenette, clean bathroom with a giant walk in shower. The restaurant downstairs was great. Friendly staff, bartenders were great. Highly recommend the Mac n cheese.Rooms: Amazing, cozySafety: Top notchWalkability: Great area and quietFood & drinks: Great restaurant and bar in hotel. Food n drinks top notch.Noteworthy details: The valet parking is worth every penny. Safe, security always inside garage.

We really enjoyed our stay! I loved the fact that the building used to be the brew house for Pabst and that they kept part of the vats in the hotel. We also went to restaurant next door and did the historical beer tour and highly recommend both.Rooms: Our room was a suite style with a large living room in addition to the bedroom. The stickers over the bedroom doors made the doors look like frosty glasses of beer especially when the sunlight hit them.

Was pretty disappointed in the actual room we got. The lobby is very cool and it's in a convenient location. Front desk was friendly and professional. However, there is no way I booked a Full size bed. It was a queen minimum but I had already asked to be moved bc the first room he gave me was literally right in the lobby and would be incredibly noisy. It was super busy due to baseball games and weddings etc. So we just stayed in a meh room at $370 a night.

Absolutely loved our stay! The room was huge and having a separate sleeping space was perfect for our little ones early bedtime. The history of the building was so fun and I loved seeing the old kettles when leaving my room. It was super quiet overnight even though there were multiple weddings. The breakfast leaves something to be desired but nice hotels don’t usually have free breakfast so I’ll take it! :)

A really cool hotel! The old Pabst brewery covered into a hotel, there's some brewing equipment left inside. The rooms are large and comfy. Great location, especially if you want to hit up some local breweries/bars.

My Husband and I stayed at the Brewhause Inn and Suites for two nights. The staff was very nice but our room had cobb webs in the corners, hair in the sink, dirt along the wall and dead bugs blowing out the air vent. I've had better continental breakfasts at small town no name roadside hotels. For the price it was disappointing!!Rooms: Not clean

The room we stayed in was great, spacious and comfortable. The restaurant attached to the hotel, On tap has the best cheese curds in Wisconsin. The only downfall I can say is that the AC is a little too noisy if you are a very light sleeper.
