Male worker was very unprofessional with my emotional support dog and was grabbing him and trying to pull him up to get his nails trimmed when I said he was scared would never take any of my animals to this place

I brought my Shih Tzu and a bichon. They did amazing work. My dogs never look so good. They smell good. They had a little bows in their hair with diamonds outstanding they got me for a life of my dogs. Keep up the good work, Sherrie

So yesterday I took my dog for the first time grooming I took him to a place here in Milwaukee call Tender Touch Dog Grooming Never again will I make that mistake first of all the owner by the name of Sherri is rude second she asked me how much hair I want to cut off my dogs I told her about a 1/2 and third when I got home and looked them over their haircut was all uneven and they still had hair in their ears What she did was she stole my money she clipped all their hair off to a number 2 clip And then said that my dogs would not sit still for her Which is a lie Our dog's Here at home always sit still when we give them weekly baths and Calm and brush every other day their hair and have no naps I would not recommend this place to anyone and let's not talk about the foul smell in her shop Attach are some Before & After pictures

Don't go here they cut my dogs ear. Told my daughters my little dog is to rambugious and she is getting to old to handle my 11 lb dog. She didn't even tell us she cut her ear. My dog winches when we touch her ear. This lady should close her doors if she can't handle dogs anymore.
