I can’t recommend Steph enough. As a first time home buyer she had answers to my questions, concerns and listened to what I was looking for. I ended up finding the perfect home on the first day! She went above and beyond to work with the seller to make sure issues were remedied and in great condition prior to the purchase. She was responsive, professional and fun to work with through the entire process.

I recently entered into a purchase agreement to purchase a home on Beverly in Shorewood listed by Wil, a North Shore KW realtor. My experience dealing with this agent was awful from beginning to end and I eventually canceled my contract. The property was falsely advertised as in good condition on the home report despite the fact that the owner was fully aware of structural defects in a foundation wall and chimney. I found it very surprising that the agent who was a friend of the owners did not disclose this to a potential buyer. This lack of honesty and professional integrity cost me $1000 in unnecessary home inspections. When I mentioned this to KW, I received a berating email refusing to take responsibility for the fact that the facts on home inspection report were false. I would not recommend working with this agent or this company.
