You have to demand your child goes on the doctor schedule for a yearly check up. Literally say “my child has been a patient, this is abandonment if the dentist won’t see my child for a check up just because you don’t have a dental hygienist” I’m sorry ? left. The organization created an unsafe conditions for my children that were in the childcare and the same daycare staff that harmed my children tried to fight me. I refuse to come to a place of business and be treated that way. When I reached out to Dayo and Sister Edna they never responded to me. I visited the campus a few weeks later because the book bus was out front a public entity. I was harassed by security and told I wasn’t allowed on the premises. Dayo the gentleman in charge has always had a hate for me. I could no longer continue putting my life or my children’s well being in those conditions. Of all the offices I work no one is willing to see special need. I’m trying but it takes time to get something going. I feel really bad the dental clinic is picking and choosing who they are willing to see.

My child has special needs and this place is said to be for people with special needs who need dental care, well don’t bring your child here because they don’t have true caring dentist! They always cancel appointments and change hands I believe it’s a front for making money every time you look around there’s a new dentist! I believe they are just passing through to add working with special needs to their list of accomplishments! Stay away they don’t care hopefully the state will eventually find out what is going on and put a stop to it and get real people who care.

We have taken four rounds of private swim lessons through St Ann’s and it’s well worth the cost. Your child will get one on one attention. The pool is warm and it has a ramp for easy and less intimidating pool entry. They include diving toys and other fun strategies to keep your child interested.

This place has been a godsend! My adult son has autism (and epilepsy) and it has been impossible to find a dentist that knows how to service individuals like him. I was told about St. Ann's by his case manager and nurse. The first time we walked through the doors we were welcomed and treated like family. Everyone I have met there has been so kind. I have to give a shout out to Z. She amazed me with her calmness and understanding of what my son was feeling like/going through while she was cleaning his teeth. He's usually in fight or flight mode but she was able to talk him through it. It was absolutely amazing!! Thank you so much!! You can tell that everyone there really cares about everyone that comes to St. Ann's. It's an amazing place and I wish there was a St. Ann's in every city

Childcare staff is great, management not so much. Little to no communication. No longer using their services, would not recommend for children under 3.

This was one of my worst experiences working in the child development field. I don't recommend anyone to work for this non-profit organization. It's not worth leaving your current employer. The work culture is very poor and controlling.

Awesome doctor! Awesome hygienist! Worked very well with my daughter. The receptionist had an attitude. We did not feel welcomed. She never acknowledged us, or checked us in. She wore her mask under her nose and did not seem like she wanted to be at work today. She called yesterday and verified the appointment time at 2pm. Then we get there and are told the appointment is 230pm. Not a good start for being a new patient. They need a new receptionist ASAP.

Adeline, who had dementia was unhappy wandering aimlessly around the home. Dad did his best to care for her, but after three by-pass surgery in mid 80s, it was a challenge. Everything changed after Mom started St Ann’s Dementia Care. It was an extraordinary program where her energies were channeled into very creative endeavors such as music that included a choir, art, sewing, embroidering, plus she received very nutritious meals that were also more difficult for Dad to provide. She learned to conform to rules and routine that paved the way for living eventually in a dementia facility. When asked one day why she liked attending St Ann’s, she actually stated, “It makes my life purposeful!’ Then she persisted in giving many reasons why she liked this special place. I will always be extremely indebted to St Ann’s for their outstanding program that had such a valuable impact on all of our lives.
