Customer service was very poor associate canceled out my home phone service and all i wanted was to cancel my internet trying to force me to add additional services i didn’t want. Didnt seem like he wanted to help me at all was trying to rush me out the store now i have to go thru hoops and im very upset. If i could it would be no stars for the service i received today in store

I had been having trouble trying to recover My email via my cell phone. Spoke with many customer service people for about 2 weeks, and Spectrum and Verizon...to no avail.
Until I walked into the Spectrum Store on East Capital Drive, Milwaukee. I lucked out and got matched up with JJ. He was very much knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. Very professional and committed to helping me...after about an hour he solved the problem..never gave up! And has a nice sense of humor!

Workers here are kind; however, Spectrum does not offer prorated rates for folks who cancel their service mid month. I canceled my internet 10 days into the month, yet I’m being charged for the entire month. It’s hidden in their T&C, and they won’t do anything about it. Nickle & diming their customers, shameful

Even though it was quite busy,I was still in and out in about 20 minutes(not to mention I was a walk in customer),just to return my cable equipment. They did a good job despite it being packed with customers.

The attitude and demeanor of the staff in this store is horrendous! They talk at you versus talking to you, and it always feels that it’s an inconvenience to ask any questions. Something really needs to be addressed about this, especially when paying customers are being serviced.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. was told a problem was fixed in 2021. never heard back from them and then get sent to collections in 2024. Rude customer service giving me attitude the whole time. the service also regularly goes out and they dock your speed. DO NOT USE THIS GARBAGE COMPANY

Not for this store specifically but if anyone is thinking of going with spectrum, don't. It's trash and half the fine print you read is false advertising. It said I have 30 days to purchase protection for my new device and it's been 20. When I spoke to an agent she said it's a generic message and that it's not true. You can only purchase protection at the time of buying the phone. No where on spectrums website does it state that. Also most of their employees have bad attitudes and aren't helpful.
