Usually enjoy. However today web site did not indicate that the pool was closed even though facility was open. Why not?

I haven't been to this gym before and I soon will become a member there. But some people on here should stay at home if they wanna complain about other people and having a so called dirty space. Looking at pictures makes me laugh. It's not even that bad. Make a home gym and you'll have no problems.

ENITRE Downstairs and Upstairs gym ALWAYS occupied by people only using HALF the gym. The schedules don’t match the programs going on throughout the gym. you can check the schedule and it will say open gym upstairs but then have some stupid silver sneaker class going on. Mens locker room was closed for months which made having to share a locker room with children extremely weird. there were naked old men comfortably walking around young kids and they didn’t even attempt to be courteous of the young ones around them by covering up just a little atleast when walking around. My friends locker got broken into and his airpods, our basketballs, and any of his other belongings were stolen even though we had a lock on it. ALL AROUND TERRIBLE GYM EXPERIENCE

Southwest YMCA, New Berlin - well what can I say …..??It’s amazing… You feel that you are part of close knit community that is both welcoming and friendly to new and old members alike ! Southwest YMCA has an amazing group of staff and their children’s drop off playgroup is staffed by the best people I have ever known! They are truly a bunch of fantastic people that have become part of our family !They offer a range of classes and program’s. The gym is top notch and is full of staff members who are happy to answer any questions you may have.This place is like a second home to my family … ?

My daughter spent 7 weeks in the summer day camp program and loved every minute. She made new friends and reconnected with friends from years prior.This was her 5th year attending the SW camp and is already talking about attending your camp next summer. Thank you for offering a quality, safe, and fun environment for the kids. Your staff is amazing!!!

It’s an ok place to get an decent workout in. They do have everything you need. However, for what they charge, I don’t understand why the hours can’t be just a little bit more comparable to Planet Fitness. At Planet Fitness, the memberships are much cheaper. It’s a little frustrating to drive there on a non holiday Saturday afternoon only to discover that they shut the place down at 4PM. During the Fall, Winter, and Spring months, I believe the facility was open until 6PM on a Saturday. So, what changed? Are we going into another unknown pandemic? Or is the majority of the staff refusing to stay due to attending the annual Summerfest in Milwaukee since it’s summer?

The day camp is unorganized. Kids are bullied. The staff is not trained. The director of the camp is inexperienced and my kids were constantly hit and yelled at by kids. I am very disappointed.

Don’t let people know when they close pools on regular pool hours drive all the way up there 25 min from my house to say the pool was closed and the only have a sign up. No noticing on website or anything. Kids disappointed and all packed up fro nothing. Also not very polite on phone. If your pools are always changing the hours needs to be updated. Really upsetting.

I just started going back there after a good while of not being able to afford a membership of my own after my old one got canceled but I heard awhile back that this Y had a hot tub and I was looking forward to finally be able to try it coming back but unfortunately the sad truth during my visit was 1 I couldn't find it and 2 my guessing was it's gotta be in the men's locker part or something cuz I couldnt find anywhere else it'd be but that's all under construction and says can't go in so that was abit disappointing so I just stuck with the pool which wasn't bad or anything I love the water anyways so minus not being able to use the hot tub I had a good and friendly experience back! :)

I love this YMCA for many reasons. I have come here for 15 years. It is always clean. I know what to expect. All the machines are maintained and working properly. The pool is a nice temperature and the kids pool is warm for the lil ones. Clean locker room. Nice towels what else can I say ?

I love this Y! The reason I knocked it down a star is because their website isn’t always up to date, and when I inquire about programs I don’t get a reply. I have to go in person or call, then the people I get redirected to don’t respond in any way. The front desk people, however, are super kind and try their best to answer my questions.

Nice facility. I'm normally a regular at a different location, but this one has been more convenient as of late. Sauna and steam room are great. Staff is nice. Only thing I dislike is the track being in the machine area, but nice place
