Upon entering into the store no one greeted my elderly grandmother or me. She stood quietly standing for over 15 minutes “ with her cane. One of the guys approached us and still didn’t speak a word until my grandmother spoke first. She began to show him rare presidential coins in which he said it wasn’t worth anything just give them away! Those same coins he stated wasn’t work anything came out to be worth over $1700. I’m so glad myself and my grandmother had enough sense to know not listen. He dismissed her like it was nothing! The store wasn’t clean at all. Very dirty and unpleasant. If I could rate this store with no stars I would. Very unprofessional! Being the only black people in the store at the time in which we seen to other white gentleman that was there and written checks for their items. Seemed a bit racist! The clerk made a comment about the coins with president “Barack Obama” oh you can give those away to the people that like president Obama. Just terrible all around. Also very racist statement! So if anything on behalf of my grandmother and myself this store experience at Shorewood coin shop wasn’t an good one!

It was an alright place to be honest I don't know anything about coins and yes I could have spent hours looking them up but my expectations of the coins were not that big so I just went off trust. I don't know if it's me or if everyone "these days" just has little to no care to be social. But I guess Ill just have to adapt to robot status.

Was not at the shop, but I was at the coin show in Oshkosh. Met these gentlemen today and they were friendly, helpful and very fair on their prices! Will be going to the shop when I am in the neighborhood.

Great store with great prices and a huge inventory. Easily some of the most friendly and knowledgeable staff I've ever run into. Been coming here since I was 8 and I've always left knowing that I got the best prices for my coins, hands down!

Shop kinda messy but coin display was visible with some coins. Spot was high but comparable to most dealers.

Very friendly staff, my son had fun buying his first silver coin for his new collection. They even gave him a free Buffalo nickel to get his collection going! Will be back :)
