“ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! As a young girl, my mother took me to the Wisconsin State Fair every year, specifically to enjoy their famous and delicious cream puffs. They were my mom's favorite. My mother is now 95 years old and lives in Florida. Last week my husband and I went to the state fair and decided it would be such a wonderful surprise to overnight my mother some cream puffs. I called the UPS Store #6796 in Milwaukee, and spoke with a young lady named Ashli. I told her what our plan was, and she in full detail explained to me the process, and then the how and what that needed to be done. She even gave me the address location of where to purchase the dry ice. My husband and I went to the UPS Store and met with Ashli. She packaged our puffs and explained the process once again and gave us a tracking number. They were to be delivered by noon the next day.
The next morning, I checked the tracking #, and to my disappointment, I received a message that my delivery was disrupted and that my package was being returned. I then called the UPS Store, and spoke to another young lady named Lisa. I told Lisa my story, and without hesitation, told me she would physically go to the warehouse and look for the package and follow up with me. Later in the day, I was told the package was still not found. Monday, Lisa called me and said she eventually found the puffs...all melted.....so Lisa took it upon herself to get fresh cream puffs, new dry ice, then repackage the puffs so that my mother would finally get her surprise cream puffs from the Wisconsin State Fair.
I can't thank Lisa enough for going above and beyond, and Ashli for being so thorough in walking us through the process.
Lisa and Ashli are true standouts....I can't thank them enough for going out of their way.....truly exemplary service!!!!!
Whenever my husband and I are visiting in Milwaukee, and need to ship something; this is the only place we'll go to!

I’m not sure if I have their name spelled right, because I have left the store, but they are very friendly and nice and always help me with my packages. I am a knitter and crochet, and I usually mail my finish product as gifts for family members. I will post a couple of the articles that I have mailed through UPS. They are very trustworthy and my package is arrive on time.”

Well, I submitted my files via their website (after much trial and error), and I completely expected to receive a stack of papers that I would need to be cut out by hand. I mentally prepared myself for that. However, to my surprise, every single document was cut to size for me—saving me loads of time on my wedding day! “Scheduler worked with me to deliver within the window I needed with no hassle, delivery driver coordinated with me the day of to make sure the time was good, and the delivery driver went above and beyond to make sure my items got where they needed to go on the property. Really excellent experience, would highly recommend anyone use them if getting large deliveries for renovations or just bulky items.”
