William was the best. He made things really easy for us and was not the stereotypical pushy cars sales guy. Was super patient and made things very doable

These guys are just straight up liars.
Jovonn the used car manager said $500 etching add on is required by all Russ Darrow dealerships. That’s a lie. Russ Darrow Jeep Madison doesn’t. Russ Darrow Kia doesn’t. Be better than that.
Ken Davis and I were texting. I sent him the exact car I wanted. He confirmed by text I could put $20k on a CC. I get there and that number magically changed to $5k in an hour. Again, don’t lie. Just be an honest ethical guy.
Wish they’d be more up front and honest.
Emailed this review to Matt prior to posting as a courtesy, the guy who responds and asks you to reach out to him. He didn’t respond. Guess that’s just lip service too, not surprised.

Ken Davis is an amazing person and salesman from my experience with him. However, the manager that was there was extremely arrogant and rude. That manager does not care about doing the right thing and taking care of customers. The car I wanted was listed online at 7,011, so I drove an hour and a half right away to go look at it. Then, when I walked in the door, they told me the car was listed for $10,100. After showing them screenshots of $7,011 they said nope, we can sell it at 10 (I heard a ticking noise by the engine and wanted them to fix it) and they wouldn’t fix it. So I left and got a call 20 mins later that they would honor the 7k but would still NOT fix the noise. Needless to say, I will not be working with them. Had the interaction 8/20/24. The salesman and the GM were great. That manager, I’m absolutely disgusted with. Heartless and cocky. Funny that the car has sat there for weeks already. Buyers beware, highly do NOT RECOMMEND.

Took my nissan in for a vvel diagnosis code why it's in limp mode. I was told they need more money to figure out the problem. The bill is already at $600 and they told me we need more money to look into it more.
I came into the service department to ask what the problem is.
I was told that they don't know what the problem is and that I would have to spend more money with them to see if they can even figure it out.
I ask to see the write up on the service order, I was shown it and they had only one code that came up, a p1093. $600 dollars later I had to tow my car back home with no answers on what the problem is. The tools they used on my car could not even read the other code that is causing the problem u1024
I had them show me the codes on the computer it just showed a p1093 code. I asked about the other code they don't see it. Strange that a dealer can't see all the codes, but I can? So I hooked up my scanner and showed them the code. See attached pictures.
I ask them if I could get some kind of break on this $600 bill and got no place with them. They hire kids to look at your car and chase around for hrs to rack up the bill. I'd be careful when taking your car into them for any real issues, I'd take it to a different place before this happens to you. What a joke. Mechanics in training

It really sucks that I have to write this, but feel like I don't have a choice. It sucks, because my original salesman William, was great. Unfortunately, the day I went in the make the purchase, he was busy with some other customers and I was given a new salesman. That seemed fine at the time and he wasn't unpleasant to work with. However, he lied to me. I was in the market for a Nissan Rogue. I've owned one before and pull a trailer with it - just a small 4 X 8. He insisted that I look at this one certain car and I really liked it. BUT, it's a Nissan Rogue SPORT - their smaller version. I asked him straight up if it has the same towing capacity as my older full sized Rogue and he said yes. I reiterated how important it was and he gave me his guaranty that it will be fine. Now, in retrospect, I could have done my own research before pulling the trigger, but I really did like the car and he was promising me - and he is the professional. So, I bought the car. Upon researching the trailer hitch to get installed the next week, I learned that you CANNOT pull a trailer with the sport model. The handbook literally says,"Do not pull a trailer with this car." I was very upset. Still am. I contacted my original salesman since he was great and he seemed pretty upset about it too, and was going to talk with management to have them call me. No one ever did. I finally decided to call myself and was transferred to two different people before actually talking with a manager. This particular manager didn't seem to care much about this and just gave me the generic "I'm sorry this happened" type of responses. The conversation ended with him telling me an upper manager will contact me to discuss what options we have to get me into a car that will work for me. A month goes by, and still nothing. Then I get a random email from a guy named Bill Marks, asking me why the car doesn't work and if I've changed my fleet to need more tow capacity. I responded within a few hours and explained the entire thing, again. Three weeks go by and I don't hear anything back. So I email again basically just saying that I am very disappointed and can't believe that no one values my business as a customer. Bill responded immediately and said he never got an initial response from me. So I responded right away with screen shots of my initial response and asked if he was going to play the "I never got your email" card. That was over a week ago and I have not heard anything back.
You always hear stories about car salesmen and how shady and dishonest they are. I didn't want to think that was true, especially since my first salesman was great. So, nothing has been resolved and I'm still driving a car that I don't like or can use in the way I need to. Not sure where to go from here, but had to put this out there so that hopefully these guys don't keep screwing people over, pretending to care and then completely ghosting. The reason they have a job is because of the customers, so it's really disrespectful. Shame on you all.
