Incredible experience. Jeff, Noah, and Jaylen were all incredible with my experience and I highly recommend this Russ Darrow over others in the area. Didn’t have to have go back and forth with a sales manager, Noah in the finance department was incredible and got me some great deals. Ask for Jeff as a salesman!

Gwen and Janea were very personable and easy to work with. Ultimately I chose a different vehicle but definitely loved the CX-30 I test drove. I walked in (no appointment) and was greeted before I even reached the lobby. Janea was very knowledgeable of the CX-30 I was interested in, and financing information was ready a couple minutes after the test drive. The manager, Gwen was so nice and helpful with financing. Super quick process and lovely people! The longest part of the process was the test drive honestly

I had a great experience at Russ Darrow metro Mazda. Mickey made sure everything was ready when I arrived and was even able to get me a better deal than what I was expecting. Our family has now purchased 4 cars from him in less than a year. Justin, Gwen and Mickey could not have been more honest and transparent throughout the entire process. Would not buy a car anyplace else, make sure to ask for Mickey!

Make sure to ask for Mickey. He did a great job. Knows his cars, and made the experience fun. Ended up going with a different brand Darrow doesn't sell, but I will be sending people his way.
