One of the selling points I loved from Russ Darrow is the free car wash. This Morning I went to get my car washed at Russ Darrow Honda for the 1st time the service for just a car wash was outstanding !! I do have a CX90 from Russ Darrow Mazda.

I am typically skeptical when it comes to getting car services and parts; however, I was very pleased to find this Russ Darrow Honda to help me with my battery replacement. I purchased a new battery from another official Honda servicer previously and had the warranty after it failed. This Russ Darrow Honda honored the warranty and helped me determine the most affordable options to install it. Angelo, from the Service Department, was very honest, helpful, and clear in his communication without selling me more than what I came in for! He made sure to show the breakdown of the costs and had them printed on the invoice. THANK YOU so much Angelo - He deserves a raise for his exceptional customer service!!!

I walked into the dealership to be greeted by a very friendly Derrick. I had a car in mind, and while it wasn't available he worked with me to find a similar model for similar price point.
Derrick was not pushy, was kind and friendly. He explained things in a clear manner and we worked together well. I worked with Jessica in the finance department and she was THE BEST.
Purchasing a car is a very stressful, high importance purchase and they made it so easy.
Derrick is still following up with me, post purchase to check in. :) If you need a car with low pressure, go to Derrick- he will treat you great!!

I used to really like the service center at this place, but the last time I went (Aug 2024) they really jacked up the fees. They advertised a $70 oil change but added more than $20 in "shop fees". I will be going to independent mechanics from now on who don't hide their real prices behind fees.

First time I've had such a smooth stress free buying experience with a car dealership. Karson R was a pleasure to work with. He made the process quicker and easier than anticipated. Will be recommending to friends and family.

Sadly I shouldn't be surprised by this, but went through pricing online and even spoke to someone about the list price before I stopped in to the dealership to confirm. Of course, once I arrive to the dealership the price of the car goes up by $15k for markup. This place is a total joke, don’t waste your time here.

Efficient, quick, and friendly & helpful staff. Rachel was as great as she always is when I come to Russ Darrow. She is always pleasant to work with. She is prompt, knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and reliable to do what she said she would as it pertains to the cars.
