Absolutely gorgeous historical building, but with such a touch of elegance, flare and class! We I also love that everything took place in one building. They exchanged their wedding vows the chairs were all set up appropriately. it was a beautiful ceremony. Then we went on for cocktail hour. I’m not sure who the vendor was? But let me tell you it was a charcuterie full of aged cheeses, and all different kinds of Italian meats and sausages. Delicious scrumptious fig spreads with fresh fruit all different types of nuts of variety of different breads and crackers. Then approximately an hour later, it was dinner time. The curtains opened, and the bride and groom came bursting and dancing with the song of their choice and everyone welcomed them as a newly married couple. They danced one song, and then they announced it was time for dinner. Again the food was amazing. It was all Puerto Rican food. Everything from empanadas to Puerto Rican rice just absolutely delicious. I did also notice that the venue owner was going around and filling in wherever he could to help his staff. The staff was absolutely amazing. Clearing tables taking out garbage. I always saw them working extremely hard but they wouldn’t be noticed in the wedding at all.. I actually had a chance to meet with the new owner and he was extremely nice and I told him how beautiful the historic building was. This is definitely a beautiful venue to have your next wedding, baby or bridal shower, reunion, birthday party, or Anniversary party. You definitely want to get a hold of this place! You will not be disappointed!!. Absolutely gorgeous & stunning!!!!

Attended a birthday party at River Valley Historic Venue over the weekend and it was truly perfect ! The location, parking, the owner's hospitality, and the overall vibe—everything was awesome. Highly recommend this beautiful venue for any special occasion! They also gave us a brief tour of the 2 floor and I would say , it’s pretty cool.

My husband and I got married here late September and we absolutely loved working with the River Valley team! They made us and our wedding party feel like family and were more than accommodating to any wish we had. We had a guest count of 150 and everyone fit perfectly and were still able to create a huge dance floor! Thank you for making our day unforgettable!

The Venue is modern and open, bright and chic. I attended a corporate event in the space and I felt very comfortable. I love how the historical integrity of the venue was kept intact despite their renovations. Rare to find free street parking, on-site parking lot and other public parking structures near by for guests. I had a good experience and will keep them in mind for future events.

Due to COVID, we were scrambling to come up with "Plan B" for our May wedding. Lauren was extremely kind and flexible in allowing us to plop our initial plans into the new venue. As the circumstances evolved and limitations outside of anyone's control extended, we ultimately moved to "Plan C" and won't be having our event at RVHV. Throughout the entire process I felt in wonderful hands and really appreciated Lauren's efforts. The venue is absolutely beautiful and I have extreme confidence that Lauren will exceed all expectations for anyone who moves forward with RVHV!

Great space! Beautiful interior and good location! It is so hard to find a venue this side of town with decent parking options. Thankfully, this venue has that huge perk!!!

Lauren is really great to work with and very personable. I helped host an event at this venue and she is responsive and caring with everything she helped with. The venue itself is beautiful with the rustic yet modern touches and you can even have the garage door open for fresh air during the summer/fall nights. It is really a great space to host something personal like a wedding and budget friendly for a quick corporate happy hour.

Gorgeous venue. I attended a wedding here. The setting is a perfect balance of rustic and contemporary — perfect for a magical evening and beautiful pictures. The space was intimate without being crowded. The fact that it has its own parking lot makes it really convenient for guests.
