I applied for a job in November 2022. HR person called and asked me questions. At the end of the call, she stated she would call back, but never did. I applied for the same job September 2023. I realized after I applied I had don't this before. So when HR called I didn't bother calling back. If they blew me off once, they will do it again. I saw the job again recently. I thought they were running a scam so I applied to get more information and report them to BBB. HR responds back. I ask if they are serious and professional given they have advertised the same position for 2 years. Do they have a high turn over? HR person responds, "Do you want a new position or not?" So I state I will give them one more chance. She tells me that "communication is imperative" and that they are not interested in me anymore. How hypocritical! They dropped the ball and didn't communicate with me, and now accusing me of their own unprofessional behavior. Don't waste your time applying. They seem like a bunch of unfriendly elitists.

Tech support was super - she was patient, fun and didn't laugh at me or become condescending when the reason for my meltdown was that my laptop had become unplugged and the battery ran out. 5 minutes before a scheduled class to teach. Sheesh. She made my day. Thanks!

The technicians did a fast and accurate repair to my station remotely. The first technician walked me through a few steps/adjustments in my settings and the issue was corrected. Shortly after, a second technician phoned me and again, remotely did a more in-depth evaluation of my system and adjusted more settings. My system has been working flawlessly since, and I am very pleased with the expertize that these technicians have and utilized to get my system back on track.

Eric resolved my issue quickly and efficiently. He then followed up with me on two separate occasions by phone and email to see that the everything stayed corrected.

Ian called and took care of my computer issues. He modified the login process so that we could bypass other issues which were plaguing my system constantly.In other issues which came up today, Shawn was a life saver to get me back in the game quickly. Both technicians were highly professional and made things easy for even a baby boomer such as myself. Our company uses River Rock and would highly recommend them to anyone with IT needs.
