Customer service was absolutely horrible. She was rude and unhelpful. Not to mention that the items sold were overpriced for the condition.

I am nervous about leaving a review because I don't want others to find out about this gem! My daughter and I love thrifting and this is always our go-to spot. Great variety. Really organized. Friendly staff. Top-level selections.

Retique has always been pricier than a normal Goodwill but they used to have a better selection of curated items and you could find good values. Now I’m seriously wondering who is buying any of this? Used Veja shoes for $100, a Tory Burch purse for $100. They also don’t authenticate anything so you could be buying fake... read full comment
