I went to get my second car from reo motor and this experience has been horrible the first time I got a car from them I had car issues less than a year of having it then I decided to just give them one more chance and I ended up getting an infinity off there lot I only had this car for a few months not even a year yet and this car been inside reo motor shop at least 3 times already and now I’m dealing with another problem with this car it’s very frustrating knowing we pay so much for this car and the car payment and now I have to come out my pocket to fix this problem with my car I do not recommend this place to NO ONE unless u want to keep dealing with car problems

DO NOT COME HERE- THEY ARE NOT WORTH YOUR BUSINESS. My brother, a recent college graduate, was trying to purchase his first car here and was treated disrespectfully, lied to, and overall had a horrible experience. They never called him back, they sold the car he was set up to buy and didn't tell him until days after, even though he came to the dealership SEVERAL times after the car was sold. They didn't tell him he had to have a cosigner on a loan until after the initial car was sold, even though he had interacted with several representatives and visited the dealership multiple times. They lied and said he needed his cosigner to fly in from DC when electronic cosigning was ALWAYS an option. They mislead my brother, who is a first time buyer, about the process of buying a car, such as lying about whether warrantee was included in the price. The treatment he received as a YOUNG BLACK MAN was discouraging and disgusting. Young Black people, recent college graduates, and young professionals- THIS PLACE IS NOT FOR YOU. Take your money and time elsewhere!

I had a horrible experience with Reo Motors. My son (African American - college graduate) tried to purchase a car. He was given mis-information and the run around. He Ubered to the dealership twice (at a high cost) and the dealership was unhelpful. The car that he was interested was sold and that information was shared. When I called to help, I was NOT called back and then told untrue information. This dealership IS NOT helpful or supportive of young black men. My son is a college graduate, gainfully employed and they still wouldn't sell him a car with out a lot of hassle. REO Motors needs to do better.

Sold me a lemon purchased vehicle may 9th 2024 has been back and fourth since I bought it for service. Excuse me I’m financing it. Anyways took it in because engine light, told them I need this fixed as soon as possible because I was moving out of town. Next thing you know they say my engine is bad they need to replace it. Also now the bracket to the engine mount is broke and they need to replace it( or/and the jack shaft. Since than I have had nothing but them delaying the work, offering my money back and telling me they would have not financed with me had they known I was moving. They won’t give me information as to the mileage for the new engine. Also have not filed a claim with my insurance company so I can’t even get a rental. When I ask for a rental from them they claim they don’t have anymore. They keep telling me it will be fixed by Wednesday than Friday now next week Thursday. They tell call back in a hour, call back after 2:30 call back after 3:30 when I call to speak to a manager or anyone that can give me an actually update of what’s going on with my vehicle. I’m stuck in Milwaukee, homeless with a beautiful home waiting for me in Arizona. Manager is rude secretary’s slam paper work on desk and tell us to sign here. I’ve had to reschedule my U-Haul trailer over 7 times because the work isn’t done when they say or the person that can help is on vacation. I will update after a resolution is found. This week now third week In No rental still supposedly they only have 5 or six and all of them are being used, still no claim with my insurance so I can’t get a rental from them. Just want my car fixed why pay for extended warranty but than they don’t put in for a claim.

My recent experience with Reo Motors left much to be desired. After expressing interest in one of their SUVs, I was quickly disappointed by the vehicle's performance. After having the SUV in our possession for only two weeks and upon attempting to start it, every warning light imaginable illuminated the dashboard, and to my dismay, the SUV wouldn't start at all.
Not only was the SUV in poor condition, but the dealership's response was equally disappointing. Instead of offering assistance or acknowledging the issue, they seemed indifferent to my concerns. I was informed that the person who sold us the SUV was Mexico, only to see him at the dealership the very next morning and completely ignored us.
In summary, my encounter with Reo Motors was nothing short of frustrating. I would caution anyone considering purchasing from them to thoroughly inspect any vehicle before making a commitment. My advice: proceed with caution.

Hi everyone,I purchased 2 vehicles from Reo years ago and never had any issues with either one.I took my niece here and was very satisfied with the offer and vehicle they were able to finance for her under her circumstances,so very pleased with the service and so happy she left with a vehicle she loves.Thank you for making a way for her and relieving all the stress it causes to even try to finance a vehicle at other dealerships,so glad we came to your location. Will be returning with another customer some time soon.
