DROPPED IN ON 1/17/2024 NEEDING NEW BATTERY. VERY BUSY WITH CARS IN LOT AND MORE PEOPLE WANTING HELP. TO MY SURPRISE DROVE OFF WITHIN 45 MINUTES WITH A NEW BATTERY. STAFF WERE OUT STANDING, WORKING AS A VERY WELL MACHINE. I WOULD RETURN TO THIS SHOP IN A FLASH.

I went to Remy battery to take back a battery that wasn’t charging in my vehicle that was under warranty. A gentleman named John came out and load tested it, and grabbed me a brand new battery without the fuss, without the headache of wanting to pro rate it, without the headache of wanting to keep it for 24 hours to charge and then let me know if it was good or not. The other gentleman named John was extremely helpful from the moment I walked in the door. That really was the best customer service I’ve had in years that had to deal with anything automotive or battery related!! I’ve been going to Remy since my grandpa took me when he used them for his vehicles when I was a younger boy about the age of 7. I’m 42 years old now and I’ve been coming to Remy since 1996 when I got my first vehicle!! I won’t go anywhere else! Thanks Remy!!

There's a reason these guys have been in business for so long. High quality batteries that are almost always cheaper than any auto parts store or big box retailer. I have been coming here for 10 years and they have always had what I needed from auto to moped to sump pump
