The gate is never working,, snow is not plowed in a timely manner. It has been 2 weeks and We called on several occasions and the gate is still not working. I can’t get in or take anything out and they are raising the cost again in a week. We call and they say we have to check with the owner, saying they put a bike lock on the gate. Which was not true, then they gave us new codes to try that did not work after driving all the way there. This is not the first time the gate has been broke but this is the last straw.. It is very bad business. We asked about credit and they keep saying we will make a note for the owner. Makes no sense. Smh

We rented a unit here and were told that it would be unlocked and ready to move into, when we showed up there was a lock already on the unit and we were unable to put our stuff inside. There is no office on site and when we contacted for a refund they said no problem and that they would refund our money. It’s been months and we haven’t seen a refund. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! It’s a scam!

This place should be closed down for good they have MCTS drivers going in there screwing around being late to turn their bus back around to the other direction

The gate was not operational and I was denied entrance. Did they provide a partial credit for wasting my time and gas...NO. They also don't always plow the snow either

Great storage facility, I didn't have to worry about leaving my stuff in my unit at all. So glad this was the storage facility I chose to house my belongings.

Very easy process. I paid online and moved all my stuff in the next day. It was also the best deal I could find anywhere nearby for a 10x15 unit.
