Repaired my wheel after an accident.
I would like it is Reis could repair items such as remote parking and backup camera. I understand the expense but why not have a few repair businesses go together and buy this equipment and send your customers there rather than make them go to the car dealer.

Used to be a good shop till they got bought out. I stopped there this morning to get DOT Renewed. The guy there wasn't working on anything, just sitting in the office, said they didn't want to do them right now and to come back on Tuesday after the weekend. Dude, it's the last day of the month, your sign on the window says you do them today. All I got back was a condescending good luck. What a jerk, not taking any cars here anymore for service. New owners put that location's reputation out the window. Miss the old place that was there.

I had went to their other location for a full brake pad & calliper replacement. I knew that they could be trusted. I had a knocking & creaking sound on bumps that was making me nervous. Thankfully it was only my sway bar links! They assessed the issue, got the parts in and replaced them in under 4 hours. I’m so grateful, and it was reasonably priced! They showed me a breakdown of the receipt, actual photos/videos of the problem and were so kind about it! The problem is fixed, and I have a smooth & quiet ride now. Also for anyone needing their emissions test, I saw so many people come for them and they were so fast/efficient! I will continue to come to REIS for any other car needs that may come up! Thank you!

When my car made a grinding sound on starting after work at 2 pm, I called REIS who ok’d me to drop it off. When I didn’t have a credit card to cover the tow, they credited it for me until I got one later. They did a through inspection and fixed the minor issue for a reasonable price. It was done the following day and they even stayed open a bit longer for me to pay and pick it up. Highly recommend them.

Had to get some work done on the bolts on my tires had to get 18 of them replaced due to warping and other things. The people at this auto shop were very helpful, kind and very careful came out right away to see how they could help me. I was due to get new tires that day and Walmart couldn't take my tires off due to the bolts it was gonna be a challenge to get the bolts off they could've easy snapped off which could could've cause me alot of money and i needed it done that day. They had assured me that they would be as careful as they could so I wouldn't have to pay for alot or more then I needed to. They were awesome and got the job done i was also a walk in with no appointment, they fit me right on in I also got an emissions test while I was at it lol. Great people very accommodating and genuine people. One was an amime lover like me too lol great talking to him so over all great shop will be going back in the future if I need anything else done with my car.?

They didn’t help me at all I asked them to help me with my window after it getting diagnosed at the Cadillac dealership and they still wanted more money from me they didn’t care I just went to my grandmothers funeral from Arizona and I have two twin babies or anything like that he simply quoted me $300 for a diagnostic and I called pretending to be someone else he quoted $120 these people are money hungry and do not care about their customers or value their contribution to their establishment. Do not waste your time.

A family member recommend this place to me and I am so glad they did. I requested an appointment online, got a call from Anthony to confirm and go over some general prices for a general idea of what to expect. I dropped my car off at around 6:50am and a couple hours later I received a text message with pictures and video of potential issues in my car. There was no pressure to do any work I did not want to be done. It feels good to know I have a good place to now bring my car too!
