These guys went out of their way to help me when I was in a tough spot. I called them a couple hours before closing on a FRIDAY, stuck at a gas station with a car that wouldn't start almost two hours away from home. They found time to evaluate the problem and replace my battery the same day, even though they were busy and close to closing time. I cannot express enough how grateful I am. They did not have to prioritize my problem--especially considering that I don't live nearby and may never be a repeat customer--but they helped me anyway. If I'm ever in the area again and need work done, they'll be my first call.

Bought a car over a year ago, I just had to replace the transmission because there was no ATF in it which caused it to burn out. When the radiator was replaced, ATF leaked out and the was not put back in. I have only put 20K since I bought it, I assumed everything was fine since Ramsey Motors is known rebuilder of salvage vehicles. I wish I was disclosed about there being no ATF or that I should take the vehicle to a Toyota service center for an inspection. There was also no engine air filter as well which I noticed a few days after my purchase.

After reading reviews of people being sold salvaged or previously damaged vehicles without their knowledge, I messaged them about a car I was interested in. Apparently they don’t do carfax OR auto check..? Wouldn’t trust it! Sketchy.

I bought a vehicle from them today. The purchase process was fast, easy and painless. I had issues with my car toter and they helped me resolve them. I tried to compensate for their time helping me but they were very kind and wouldn't take anything in return for it.I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again!
