Alex at the shop has excellent customer service, when i asked about the process of the emission test, he gave me a detailed clear explanation of the process and all under 2 minutes! Yes 2 minutes (1:25 was the precise estimate of time).

Went for emission test and battery died before could even start. 3pm on a Monday but you immediately fit me in to replace battery. Much appreciated!

No one likes paying for auto repairs, but if necessary, I like to use a local, quick, and honest shop. The replaced my brakes in 1/2 day and they seem as good as new. I will us RK again.
