Customer service is horrible. I bought a 2011 Chrysler town and country and there was a problem with one of the stow and go seats, the headrest wouldn't fold down so it would fit in the floor. They didn't want to fix it before I bought it, in fact salesman told me it probably just needed a little W-2. They wouldn't come down a penny on it because I was paying cash and the salesman said to me that they don't make any money when I pay cash, their profit comes from the financing. I wasn't happy but I loved the vehicle. Took it to the dealer to have the seat fixed and it was a motor/electrical issue. So, $800 later that was fixed. The dealer also discovered that I had a headlight out, but when the bulb was changed, it still didn't work. So it was another electrical issue. But I've been driving with brights cause I have to take it to a repair shop that does electrical repairs. Then the control panel went out, another $1000 repair. And in November the transmission went on it so $4,000 to repair and I took it to Heiser to have the work done. Very disappointed with not even having this vehicle a year yet.

I recently just purchased a vehicle. Was in an accident daus before. Had been given the run around hy other competitors. So I iust took a chsnce and droge off the lot the same day.
