“I understand the negativity; no U-Haul is ideal, but the people working at this location on 1st worked with us, laughing at my ineptitude. It took a couple of tries before we found a truck without issues, but they're U-Haul trucks. The proprietors are from the neighborhood, and the location is convenient. Pricing is competitive. The day went well.”

“Overall my experience was positive. The attendants and staff were professional and took great care of me. My only concern, which I shared with the attendant when returning the truck, was a faulty ramp on the back of the 15' truck I rented. Instead of remaining securely attached to the truck, my movers indicated it fell off and onto the road at the start of my move. This in turn caused some delays in the loading and unloading process because the movers had to manually adjust the ramp to get it back inside the rear of the truck. A future repair is needed.”

“Rick, owner of Aero, personally worked with us to resolve the issue our office was having with renting an empty helium tank that could not be filled due to the helium shortage. Although, we are still without helium, Rick certainly went above and beyond to ensure that the issue was resolved fairly. I know Aero will deliver the helium as soon as it becomes available to them. I would strongly encourage other Wisconsin businesses to support Aero Compressed Gases by contacting them for your compressed gas services.”
