Has a great food court. The hamburgers were fantastic. The rest of the casino had a very weird layout and was just average. High reward level members can apparently reserve machines, which turns them off, leading to a lot of empty machines in peak times.

Potawatomi Hotel & Casino remains a smoke-free property. Guests are welcome to use the designated outdoor smoking area near the Northern Lights Theater or near guest entrances. The casino increased the number of operating slot machines from 50 to 100 percent. Live table games including blackjack and roulette are available. Bingo remains closed.
