We came in to bring a letter detailing our concerns that PNC is still funding the mountain valley pipeline. A staff member took our letter and when we turned to leave after explaining our concerns, the staff member followed us and then dropped the letter outside the front door. It may not be wrong in everyone's opinion for banks like PNC to fund climate change causing pipelines, but littering is a very disappointing response. We are continuing to keep everyone at this downtown Milwaukee PNC location in our prayers and hope that they will join us in calling for PNC to only fund renewable energy projects.

I would give zero stars if I could. Don't go to this location if you are looking to take out cash! They will direct you to the ATM machine which you are limited as to how much cash you can withdrawal. This is criminal!!! They then tell you to drive 10 minutes to another location that would give me cash. What is happening? Big brother getting control of the banks and your money. Telling you how much you can withdraw. It is starting and people better start paying attention.

We had a lien with this bank on our vehicle. We paid off the loan, and when it came time to sell the car, the bank could not provide us with documentation that it had been paid off only 1.5 years ago. It's been a week and they still can't find any records. Completely unacceptable.

We sort of got railroaded into banking with this outfit, purely because our (2) previous Bank's were bought out, thus leaving us with PNC. The staff has always been great, but overall that's where it pretty much ends. At one time, PNC offered Points for banking as a kind of reward system, but this ended a couple of years ago, now the rewards are just too time consuming and confusing to figure out, so I don't bother. For me, banking should be effortless, especially with the plethora of Banks today. I have paid for check's, several times, despite the fact that check's were supposed to be included with our checking account. The PNC location that we bank at, not was unable to cash in our change because we are customer's, but our location doesn't have a change machine, now! What?! Last straw was being declined from my own Bank for a no interest credit card that they have been pushing on us relentlessly for year's! Unbelievable. We hate changing bank's, it's just a hassle, but PNC has been pretty awful to work with. I had purchased something from Ebay a couple of week's ago, and mistakenly paid for the item using my saving's account, which didn't have enough money to cover the purchase, but our checking account had plenty of money to cover the expense. I realize this is my fault, it just pissed me off. Their overdraft fee's are absurd, and they don't take into consideration either your year's of banking, or the fact that we have a stable income that rarely has overdraft problem's. I called one time to see if they would forgive the fee, which they did, but trust me, I would never ask again after they pretty much said what a huge favor they were doing for me. I hate this bank, trust me go elsewhere for Banking.

Moving to Milwaukee and working in the building. Simply tried to get change here nothing more and I was refused since I'm not a customer. I clearly won't be in the future either. Very unfriendly folks here. Too much competition to deal with folks like this.

Super friendly staff that is always a pleasure to deal with. I like banking there. Although I do most of it through the ATM which at some locations doesn't need envelopes for checks.
