This location is a JOKE!!! The ATM outside is always out of order, so then when you proceed to use the ATM in the lobby that one is also out of order!!!!! This bank needs upper management to get involved fast, but from the looks of all the bad comments with not one reply from management tells me all I need to know about this location. I have been a member of PNC since it was both St. Francis and National City bank. Do right by this location and it's customers!!!!

I have 2 different accounts here and most employees are good and make me feel welcomed for the most part.however I signed up for a credit card almost 3 months ago now and still have not received it theyvtook my money and still don't have my card not a happy customer and everytime I call its another excuse and another w weeks getting really close to removing all of my money canceling that card and just banking with my other bank altogether

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This is a bank, and if I have an active account with available funds in my account I should be able to withdrawal them. A Plus sized Mexican woman with red hair and black roots with nails longer than her intelligence looked through my account, seen I had available funds (provisional credit) which is available to be withdrawn immediately told me my provisional credit will be reversed and she cannot give my money! During the entire interaction I was polite and respectful.I told her about my situation and she proceeded to NOT give me my funds. Was she Discriminating? Was she having a bad day? Either way It was very concerning. Just for me to go to another PNC location and they give me my funds with no problem? Hmmmmm. This lady needs corrective action immediately. Absolutely unacceptable to be a bank teller and tell someone with available funds , you cannot service them. Again Plus-sized Mexican or Puerto Rican woman in her early or mid 30’s fiery red hair and black roots! Will not be banking with PNC anymore thanks to this particular individual.

This bank is so slow. Was in the drive-through at 9am. I sent my deposit in and its taking them 30 minutes to process. TERRIBLE. Businesses need to make deposits and OPEN THEIR DOORS as well. If you CAN'T handle the job, please go somewhere else. Banking is supposed to be better than this

The bank lobby is supposed to stay open until 6:00pm however Jasmine Ellis told me I couldn’t come to do an application for auto refinance since they’re short staffed. It’s important to have enough employees working to support your customers.
