Plume is one of my all time favorite vintage clothing stores! My out of town best friend and I ALWAYS stop in when she’s in town (and she’s a vintage clothing connoisseur so that’s definitely saying something)! I have bought many things from Plume but my favorite pieces are a rainbow sweater (worn for my engagement photos) and a bandana print jacket (fun fact: the actress who plays Ginny Weasley has the same jacket haha). Unique and dreamy shop, a Bayview gem!! Plume has vintage items are true statement, high impact pieces. (the kind everyone will ask you where you got it from). It’s a dream to browse and I love how you are given the space by employees to just enjoy at your own pace, you feel the luxury of time to soak up the beauty of the space, not just the clothes.

Truly a Milwaukee gem! Plume is an absolutely incredible vintage boutique, run by some of the kindest, coolest ladies ever. They put so much diligent effort in curating incredible vintage clothes, accessories, and small home wears—it shows in every corner of the shop! Not only are there some amazing finds here but the atmosphere is unmatched. The shop itself is gorgeous, and the employees are incredibly helpful. They also host some amazing vintage and arts events throughout the year. A must stop shop on your next visit to MKE!

Plume is one of those spaces where you can barely differentiate between the art & pieces used as decor and the actual items that are for sale… the whole space & vibe is gorgeous to say the least.Best aesthetic in Bay ViewUnreal, unique, thoughtfully plucked vintage clothing in an absolutely stunning & lovely atmosphere, and the service is stellar & friendly.The shop owner, Maggie, never fails to impress, and goes above & beyond to make sure you’re treated amazingly & walk out feeling & looking like a million bucksI highly recommend Plume. One of my favorite places to shop in MKE! They are truly the kindest people and with a great eye for hidden treasures. I have gotten a range of pieces form blouses & earrings to my wedding day purse! They make me feel so special and excited to shop every time I come in! Will always be forever loyal to them as a fellow Milwaukee resident!

I absolutely LOVE Plume! The shop always has a fresh selection of hand-picked vintage finds for every style. I have been in several times and always find handfuls of the best pieces! The items are staples in my closet and always will be. The shop is always clean and well-kept. The vibes are always amazing and the owner Maggie is the sweetest soul ever. I recommend Plume to anyone who is looking for quality, stylish vintage in Milwaukee!

I absolutely love shopping at Plume! I have brought so many friends into the shop - some who are skeptical about shopping vintage - and everyone leaves having had a great experience.. and probably with some treasures. Some of my favorite pieces in my wardrobe are from Plume. The selection is so well curated and the pieces are so well prepared to hit the shop floor - clean, pressed, and in beautiful shape. The prices are so reasonable. On top of that, the service is fantastic. Maggie always remembers me when I come in, and often remembers my previous purchases from the shop. She helps me style things and makes great recommendations. She will also pull from her back stock if I am looking for something in particular. I always feel special when I’m there. Milwaukee is so lucky to have Plume. If you haven’t been, you need to check it out!

Plume is such a gem! An incredibly warm and welcoming space with a great selection of vintage wears. I’ve gotten the chance to chat with several employees on my stops at the store and they’re always so lovely. Awesome spot for accessories too. Even if I don’t find clothes I always end up picking up a new pair of earrings or some sunglasses. One of my favorite shops in Milwaukee!

Plume is the brainchild of vintage sellers that put Milwaukee on the map! I remember shopping with Brown cow and HM chic at events back when I first moved to Milwaukee and now it’s so beautiful to see the evolution of Plume as a location which nurtures and cultivates a vintage community, a safe and inspiring space for anyone looking to shine as a unique individual. Sizes for everyone, styling for everyone—and just genuine passion and love from the owners. A Passion for vintage and a love of styling a diverse clientele. The kind of place that makes you proud to live in Milwaukee. Also killer that they keep consistent hours and are extremely communicative online. (I impulse bought a dress online after seeing it in a shoot and they no joke held onto it for an entire year woops)…..their social media is super fun too—cool to see their buying process at estate sales and travel, their styling of shoots, inspiration elsewhere and hosting of events.

This shop is an absolute gem. Follow Plume on IG and you’ll see that the duo that runs this place works hard across the country to find good stuff to bring back as inventory. I’ve bought stuff here that brings me joy: the absolute best vintage-fur trimmed coat and multiple work-appropriate, yet unique shirts. I’m grateful this spot is in my city, not to mention the fun events they hold (Flight Night) featuring community vendors and free/cheap cotton candy (I can’t remember if it was free of like $1, but come on, a cotton candy machine at a vintage sale? Love.)

I’ve followed Plume on social media for a few years now but never had the pleasure to checking them out in person until this weekend- SO freakin’ cute!The selection is beautiful, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the two level shop is spatially well designed, clean and organized.My intentions were to find some missing pieces to my wedding attire and walked out with the perfect clutch purse. I will be back!
