Plumbing Parts Plus is a top notch and terrific place. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, and they know their stuff. They are helpful in giving advice on how to fix many plumbing issues and can provide instructions. They can find just about any replacement part, even for very old items, and usually always have what is needed. They quickly identify parts and do not try to sell items that are not required. Their service is fast and their prices seem reasonable, often saving customers significant money compared to other plumbers. Customers leave with everything working great and are very thankful for the excellent service.
Nice man repaired my Kohler controller while I waited. Price seemed reasonable considering the cost to replace it and didn't try to sell other parts I didn't need.
