That lady that works mid day on Saturday is the most rude lady that has ever worked at a planet fitness. I pray she losses her job. ?

I had a wonderful experience. I wanted to sign up for a membership through my insurance but unfortunately the worker at the desk didn't know how to input the information. He offered that I could maybe wait for his manager or come back tomorrow. I decided to stay and wait and while waiting he offered me a day pass so I don't just sit and wait. Then when his manager was in they both were a great help setting up my membership. Overall 11/10 on customer service since they were so nice and patient.
As for the facility itself it is super nice and clean. I look forward to working out here.

Planet fitness on Wisconsin Avenue in Milwaukee is one of a kind. They have tanning and light therapy equipment, hydromassage beds out of this world. The staff is great. They do there jobs while keeping it safe and very attentive to detail. I have found my tribe! #planetfitness

Plenty of equipment for cardio and new bikes. Free weights are scattered and perhaps a rack of weights could be moved to the ‘free weight area’ or the front room. Nice locker room and showers

Have sent letters and called to cancel my membership and keep being told I’ll be refunded my membership fees, but keep getting charged.
