Very very awful. Horrible employees, huge price gouging. I asked the girl behind the Starbucks counter if I could get a lid for my water. She said nastily, "No! They are too expensive to give away!" REALLY? Then she glared at me for a minute. The shopping experience went downhill from there.

If I could give this store a 0 star I would, super disgusted from the dirty rusty moldy coolers/shelves and aisles to the absolutely DISGUSTING bathrooms, I was in the area and stopped in for a few things but i will never visit this location again I promise first and last time for me, I literally left my whole cart and walked out…. save your time and go somewhere else

Was shopping and went to use the bathroom. Gone 2 minutes, when I came out, my cart was gone. I walked out and will never be back.

In town for three weeks. I came in to buy detergent and get change to wash clothes across the street. They refused to give me more than $3. Apparently they have a policy. Asked for the manager. Kim, the assistant manager, also refused. Begged for help. Not a difficult request after all. How does a grocery store as big as Kroger not have enough quarters in the store to help people make a little change. They complained this is a regular issue with this laundry place. If they know customers need help why would they not do that to help them out? There is another grocery store in town closer to my hotel. Will go there. Next stop in my quest for change was Starbucks. They were happy to help. No questions asked. I wonder which one cares about customer service?

One of my favorite Pick N Saves. The East Pointe strip is easy going over all. Find everything I need, staff is pleasant, always a good experience for 20+yrs
EDIT: The new renovations are esthetically soothing but they took away the deli!!!! ???
That really hurts. Had many wonderful conversations at that counter, as my cold cuts and cheeses ? were sliced to my specifications. Its now riddled with pre-cut packages you have no idea how long they have been there or how many people have handled them. With Listeria outbreaks more prevalent? Is this why? So sad ?. This is NOT an improvement ? in my eyes, but i still have love for my favorite P&S....

I swore I’d never shop here because it was so expensive. On the upper east side, they have much better prices than Sendicks or Whole Foods!

One of the cashiers charged almost $200 worth of groceries for someone else to my card and they refused to give me a refund. I do not recommend going to this grocery store at all. They are not helpful, and will steal your money. I will no longer be going to this grocery store, and I recommend not going either for your own safety.

Avoid this place unless you have all day to spend in line. So far been waiting in line for a total of 35 minutes and still more than 6 people in front of me.
If you go here please take an extra cart fill it with expensive fish and leave it in the store.
If we all do this they will have to raise the pay so more than 1 register can be open. LEAVE CARTS FULL OF FOOD PLACES TILL THEY GET THE MESSAGE!!!!
Companies cant be allowed to think this is okay. Stop letting them abuse you!!
