They removed all self check out and have 6 + customers in every line. They only have 4 registers open and not a single line moved. No express checkout either. It took me over 30 min to walk in for a “quick” snack that would have taken me 5 minutes otherwise. Never going back there again

They removed the self checkouts...to add more cashier lanes....but they already had cashier lanes they weren't using. File this under Corporate fumbles someone should be fired over.
Only reason the 3 rating is the store itself is fine and the staff are doing their damn best to keep up.

I brought chicken wings from pick n save in midtown today and when I open the pack all the wings were gray on one side I didn't notice it until I opened the package

This store is absolutely disgusting. I would never shop here again. There is no reason for this store to be in the condition that I usually find it in. People who live in the midtown area deserve better. Shame on you pick n save!!!

When I worked as a Kroger Associate in the deli department I was trained in 2 week before the Manger Left I was able to open and closed deli getting everything set up for the customers cleaning floors returning items to it's rightful place making Boss Subs in from the bakery where hair nets non grip shoes black pants sunvisor hat or complete hat labels dates mark downs of prices for sales of labels make labels weight what didn't sale but still had to be reported to manger stayed behind to complete the store cleanliness you have those who me come to store just to test you on your skills I seen my teachers from School Nursing Home house keeping residents coming in to sit and get things from the hot bar soup bar rotation it was a experience but never forget when it was at the end of the week it was a Joy of learning how going to School College how it all paid off just beening yourself still have Joy.

Security gaurds armed doesn't know service dog laws. Threatened to call law enforcement. Guess when I told him to go ahead he changed his mind. My dog didn't bother anyone. Yes she's big, 140lbs but she ignores people. Pick N Save you can do better. The world is full of smart phones and dumb people. All this idiot gaurd had to do is pull out his phone and check the laws. He and his 2 coworkers chose to remain uneducated.

Just close it down !! THE SMELL the empty shelves no meat in stock how does a grocery store barely have groceries ! The nerve to never be hiring at this location and the way this store needs major help in every department is insane barely any lanes open so your forced to go to self checkout and then there’s 2-3 employees plus security all in the same spot watching every customer like a hulk ….put them on the REGISTER where is management where is cooperate do anybody care about this store at all !

?Why is there only one way in AND out..... Poor leadership.... Always unprofessional...does it even matter to complain...rude employees...empty shelves...where is corporate...the store stinks (got that Lena's appeal)...the coolers are dirty..This store is horrible!!! And needs a lot of HELP!!!!??♀️
