“They are so friendly, knowledgable and willing to help you navigate the confusing world of medication, health insurance & understaffed medical offices - making follow-up calls. Truly the kind of customer service we all want and deserve. Also I see familiar faces when I go in. Mostly female/ presenting and ethnically diverse - in a very cis white male dominated field. As pharmaceuticals get more and more corporate and consolidated I want to support this small local business as much as possible.I started using this location about a year ago for my prescriptions when Walgreens let me down (more than a few times.) Highly recommend! 10 out of 10Oh and I haven’t taken advantage of this yet but they offer free delivery.”

The big chains don't know you by name like Serve-U, and they don't research the same for the best products and prices. “At first I just started coming here occasionally because I could get some medications cheaper but I’ve decided to fully switch over from Pick N Save pharmacy. The pharmacists/techs are very polite and helpful and I usually never wait more than a couple minutes to be helped. It’s clean and quiet. They are closed from 1:30-2pm which is not notes in the hours. Definitely recommend!”
“Just absolutely fantastic! If there is an issue or delay, they actually tell you the Truth in regards to why, rather than blame the Dr. Etc. On top of that, they will actually help you get your issue sorted. I can't say enough about the staff here. They even remember me when I call or come in. I've definitely overused "They," but truly everyone their is great.”

I got a nice gift bag, I didn’t even have to send my prescription over to get let them know which ones I needed that were due they just already had it handled and delivered to me. “This is an awesome pharmacy - I have dealt extensively with other mail order specialty pharmacies and there were CONSTANT communication and shipment errors. In my three years with Froedtert they have not made single mistake or miscommunication. The staff is friendly and helpful and the shipping is fast. They flawlessly work with my doctor and insurance to assure that I never go without my medication. They answer questions when needed and reliably call once a month to fill orders. I can call directly with very little to no hold time.Anyone who deals with the other specialty pharmacies know this is a rare quality.Plus, they just switched to some awesome paper based sustainable packaging for chilled medications. No more giant styrofoam boxes!”

“I decided to use Hayat pharmacy, instead of Walgreens, to care for my son whose a cancer patient home from the hospital. After feeling so overwhelmed because this is all new to me I was becoming anxious. But after going to pick up my prescriptions from Hayat #7 I realized that I had made the right decision. Delacia was very helpful, going over and beyond for me to make sure I got the meds my son needed asap. I didn't think it was going to happen that day, but she stayed past closing and filled about 13 prescriptions for us. I really appreciate her efforts and her professionalism. My son and I are very grateful.”

I'd get home only to realize that I was given the wrong brand AGAIN....St. Luke's Pharmacist actually sit down with you and explain your medications to you. I value that. ?”
“Byatta , is out going when it comes to making sure your medicine is on time as much as she could when you need a refill. I wouldn't go any where else!! I have always had a five star experience with Hyatt pharmacy they go Beneth and beyond they priority to make sure you get your refills on time. They are alright when dilling with so right Hyatt pharmacy keep the good work up !!!!?”
“Wow! Above and beyond!! It's Christmas Eve, I'm visiting from out of state, I've been living with Parkinson's Disease for over ten years and today I tested positive for COVID. My insurance denied coverage for Paxlovid but the pharmacy intern at Froedert didn't take no for an answer. He went the distance, spent 45 minutes on the phone answering questions to get an exception filed with the insurance company. Thank You Froedtert Pharmacy !!!”
“(Original review written 2017)I've been a client here since they opened the doors. I have access to doctors, dental, behavioral health, social services of all types,(housing, lawyers, food pantry). This non-profit has kept my HIV under control, and have been helpful in every way imaginable. They have improved my life beyond measure. It's a judgement free place with everyone willing to help. I would highly recommend to anyone with HIV.*They also do testing, and have needle exchange, and naloxone.*Edit: (09/16/2022) This family of Health professionals, and every type of service that may be needed have been my primary providers since 1996~7. That's twenty-five years of service.I'd be lying if I said it was perfect. But, given the time frame, it's been exemplary. I always feel safe, and cared about. I always have.”
“I needed a script that my normal pharmacy was on back order for several weeks already. I decided since our insurance is through wisconsin health fund that I would talk to them about getting my script. My Normal pharmacy could fill my script using brand name which would cost me 546.00 out of pocket. The pharmacist was able to talk to my insurance and work it out to be 150.00 out of pocket and the next month I got my script from them and it was only 12.00. Thanks to their dedication to take care of people I was able to still get my medicine at an affordable rate. ”
