Peter was so patient and helpful during our process of selling our house and buying a new one. Peter was patient, relatable and trustworthy. My husband and I began our house hunt in the summer of 2022 but had to pause due to personal reasons and picked back up on our search since spring 2023. Peter did not rush us one bit during all the months in between but continued to check in with us and sent us home options to help us keep our search going. He understood our family's needs at every point of our house hunting journey and made sure to address the relevant factors/considerations. When we went to view homes, he was always, honest and realistic about the pros and cons of each home. He tried his best to be objective and helped us make this big decision for our family. Imagine your very good friend is your realtor. That was what it felt like working with Peter. From the very first meeting he was friendly and very honest with my fiancé and I about the area we wanted to live in and the reality of that happening with our budget. We were first time homebuyers in a very aggressive market. Peter encouraged us to broaden our search which resulted in us finding the perfect home. From start to the finish Peter was quick to respond to our innumerable questions, was always punctual to showings, and extremely patient.I tell people we were very lucky to find our home but in reality, we were lucky to find Peter to be our realtor.

Peter is a gem. He helped us fine our new home recently and we couldn’t be happier. Not only was he fast and responsive ever time we contacted him but he was quick to give us thoughtful and helpful guidance throw the whole experience. He was flexible with our schedule to the point that it felt like he was “on call” just for us.
