I loved this pet store, the service was excellent and everybody was so nice. All of the people there were so friendly. But the only this was that they had great toys and accessories for the small mammals, but there were also very bad accessories, and toys. Like mirrors for birds. And tiny hamster cages. In conclusion, this store was one of the better ones I’ve been to in a while.

I like that they have pinhead crickets and that the employees that work there actually know enough about the animals they are selling to keep them healthy and in an appropriate enclosure. The prices are a bit on the high side and I don't like the hours (10-7) so it's hard to get there when they are open.

Well organized, tidy, huge selection. Had to go looking to find an employee to help w fish, but nbd, and everything else was good.Very friendly at the register. Good answers to questions.

We found our bag of dog food is about 1 dollar cheaper than anywhere else. This used to be a regular stop for us - not sure why we ever quit going. They still have the collection of receipts - where you buy 9 or 10 bags of food (the same brand) and your 10th bag is free.Same for Stella & chewy products save your receipts & the 10th is free. They even give you the collection envelopes to store your receipts.And tons of dog toys - a whole wall to choose from. And service was friendly & knowledgeable. Very satisfied! We will make this a definite stop for sure

Birds in way too small of cages and way too overpriced. Green Cheek Conures for $1,000 is ridiculous and the poor babies are suffering for it. Do better.

I went there looking for hamster stuff. They barely have anything for a natural hamster cage. Decided to take a peek at the small animal section and was horrified. They had bunnies in way to small of tanks. The reptile room looked just as sad. They had a big cockatoo in a small cage. Do better pet world
