She cut really good and knows how hat she’s doing but honestly I felt like she wasn’t listening to me really. I asked for a pixie cute and she did it but it was like a really short pixie cut, I think she’s scissors happy lowkey. My hair was uneven so in certain areas due to my last cut not being done right so i know it wasn’t gonna be long as i was hoping but still I didn’t think it would be this short. I want more of a Halle berry pixie cute not Toni Braxton.

Wheeeeeww Child had me up early for my daughters appt running around the house to get me and her up and ready mind you I had this appt scheduled for weeks and I let her know the appt was for my daughter she never asked her age and I never been to her shop before I also let her know that I needed a weekend or an early appt cause my daughter has school that alone should have let her know the appt was for a child even if it's a certain age she never let me know and once I said it was my daughter's appt she should have at least asked the age to avoid me having to be turned around my time is precious and my gas I have lupus and trust me its deliberating enough i have to make accommodations to get us both out the door!! Never again so frustrating ?

Today was my first time going to Pennie's. I went there to get my hair colored and received much more. The atmosphere was wonderful and the customer service was awesome. Pennie explained the process and gave great tips on how to maintain healthy hair. I would recommend this salon to any one who is looking for great service.

Mrs Pennie is professional, courteous, and timely. Both times I booked with Mrs. Pennies website. I arrived early but was still accommodated at my arrival time. My service was completed as requested and she even gave me tips and suggestions for upkeep and management. This is my new salon home for me and my son. Black owned family business.

Miss Pennie is very experienced. She is insanely hardworking. She will make sure you look right before leaving her shop. Her prices are very affordable, and she offers a ton of different services. She is very kind. You will never be disappointed, no matter what service you need. Highly recommend!!
