This company literally doesn't even deserve one star. Purchased $80k in roll bag equipment from them. We were promised the world, including 100% support if we purchased their specific bags (which we did). Printers have never functioned properly since we bought them (about 2 years ago now). PAC has done nothing but pass the buck, claiming that it is the responsibility of the printer company. Guess what? We didn't purchase from the printer company! Also, can't even get a return email to purchase parts and fix ourselves. Have sent 5 emails over the course of the past 5 weeks and have received 0 response. These people are scam artists. Buyer beware.
