Do not deal with this crooked company. I contacted them for a scooter for the Milwaukee Auto Show, whose weekly hours are 3:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. This company however closes at 3:00 p.m., so it is a bait and switch with a double charge of $75./day. The scooters must be picked up at this store not the car show so a disabled person has to travel to North Milwaukee to pick up a scooter at double the charge. When I said this was bullshit, Craig hung up on me. They are jerks!

This place is GREAT from the bellybutton out in every direction !!! You can go somewhere else, but, people who know are going to ask " What the hell, did you not look stuff up? WHY are you not at 7289 N Teutonia Ave?"

My husband has parkinsons and we had been looking into stairlifts for our 2-story farmhouse for a while. We realized it was a much cheaper way to stay in our home rather than moving into a ranch house elsewhere in town. We settled on a Bruno as it's locally made in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. Well, my husband was hospitalized over Christmas with covid and we wanted him to eventually be discharged home for care and continued recovery. That fast-tracked my need but most places were closed or disinterested in helping until after the new year. Bruno hotlines dispatched calls to franchisees who gave only roadblocks and delays. Until I called ON THE GO MOBILITY directly and spoke to the owner, Craig. No fuss. No muss. He knew what i needed.ON THE GO MOBILITY has the expertise and product knowledge to impress finicky shoppers with little time to waste. They measured on Thursday and installed the following Wednesday. They were respectful of my space, wore masks and removed shoes without my asking. They were meticulous with leveling and left me happy with my choice of product and people. They had great communication between each other and with me. And I paid the price I was given over the phone. No upselling or pressure. Simple and thoughtful questions and answers. Mark and Nolan and Rita did a fabulous job. Conscientious, courteous, straightforward and honest. I highly recommend them.

Purchased a stair lift from them about 6 years ago. We experienced repeated problems with the unit failing to hold a charge. After 5 service calls, the problem has never been resolved. They were unable to figure out the problem. They finally, quite rudely, finally refused to to try to help us any further.

Kelli and staff went beyond and above for getting a mobility scooter serviced that we inherited for my father whose disabled. To see my father light up that he can go places with us now and not be confined at home or in the truck due to his health problems was worth it. Thank you so much On The Go Mobility to helping us make my dad more active in our lives again!!!!

Wow! A friend and I went into On the Go Mobility to research lift recliners for her parents. I also needed to purchase a brace. We were both helped. The owner was there (I feel awful I can’t remember his name) and he personally made sure we had all the answers we needed including delivery instructions. We hadn’t even finalized our purchases yet. I highly recommend the location at7289 N. Teutonic Avenue in Milwaukee. They have great store hours, and They are closed on Sunday. I miss when everyone was closed on Sunday. Stop in for your mobility needs. The store was well stocked!

I wanted to take the time and personally thank Kraig for his professional help through his eBay store. He went above and beyond and gave me the solution I needed for my grandmother's stair lift. He took the initiative and asked for my model number and serial number and contacted the manufacturer to obtain a replacement mainboard that was no longer made. He referenced and found out that there was a new main board that replaced both of my existing boards for my unit. Grandmas chair is back up and running and for a fraction of what I thought it would cost! I was almost certain I needed to buy her a new stairlift that would cost me thousands! Thank you again Kraig. We need more business owners that share your values and go the extra mile for their customers!
