Excellent old fashioned candy shop. Jim the owner really cares about his craft. Love going into the store. Smells like heaven in there especially when they are making waffle cones.

Wonderful local chocolate, ice cream and local Wauwatosa flavor. We had Niemann’s chocolates in the welcome bags for our daughter’s wedding. They were so helpful!

I've been reminiscing about Niemann's candy store and dreaming about the fairy food and almond toffee. Now I'm thinking about the ice cream and homemade suckers. I've been going there for at least 64 years. I'm sure my grandmother and my mother went there for Easter candy. I remember an Easter my mom splurged and bought a one chocolate cream Easter egg for each child and grandchild and our Irish setter Kelly found them behind the mixmaster and took them off the counter, unwrapped each one and ate them so quietly and quickly without anyone noticing. The remarkable thing was she never got sick! Love Niemenn's candy store can't wait to make a trip to tosa..... I only hope it's not too crowded and sold out of my favorites. I used to go there during the week after 5:00 PM Mass at St. Bernard's or after 8:00AM Mass as a special treat! I also worked at Meme's Hair Fashion right next door in the 1970's. Best job I've ever had!

I can’t wait to go back for the ice cream, toffee, fairy food etc. Everything is So delicious. I’ve been coming here for 65 years and my parents and grandparents all lived in tosa. When I was little and had 50 cents in my pocket I’d get a piece of anything it would buy. Love this place. My mom would buy the cream filled eggs for Easter and one year our Irish setter ate them all. Great memories.

Staff was incredibly nice and friendly. I had a great experience just not my preference for chocolate.I was very unimpressed with the chocolate especially the truffles. There’s a handmade chocolate store in the Green Bay Area I’m comparing it to so it might just be preference.

Stumbled upon this little candy shop while out for coffee and what surprise. There were so many treats to choose from but we ultimately got some pints of the homemade ice cream. It was delicious! Can't wait to come back, everything looked great!

Loved it. Went for their toffee and was not disappointed. You can't go wrong with a scoop of their homemade ice cream. I had chocolate marshmallow - delicious.

OMG! I received a box of almond butter toffee bars as a gift from a client and it was by far the best toffee EVER. I served it to company, and everyone also agreed, it was the best toffee EVER! It has the right amount of sweetness and crunch. It does not get stuck in your teeth. It is coated in a great tasting chocolate and the nuts are fresh. What a treat! It has been two weeks since we finished the box and I have been craving more since, so today I decided to spoil myself and ordered a box for me. Makes a great gift!
